ISA is flexible funding designed to help behavioral health providers meet the needs of Alaskans who experience serious behavioral health disorders. The ISA (Individualized Service Agreement) program is a funding source of last resort, for items not covered by insurance programs.
There are both youth and adult ISA programs, eligible for use by community behavioral health centers.
For more information on ISA, please contact James McLaughlin, james.mclaughlin@alaska.gov, 269-1044.
